Please note that once products are sold, you can only exchange products:

• Within 7 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase for non-promotional items.
• Within 3 days for promotional items, subject to conditions and provided that the promotional period is still on at the time of exchange.
• The purchased products must be in new condition, sealed, unused and free of damages.
• The exchange value should be same or higher.
• We do not entertain refunds.
• Returns will be accepted only if there is any manufacturing defect with the product or mismatch of the product.
